Frequently asked questions
Is AidReady HSE approved?
No. Since 2013 HSE no longer approves first aid training providers. AidReady is a verified marketplace and compliance-support platform, we check trainers' qualifications, insurance and evidence. Employers remain responsible for assessing their own first-aid needs.
How is the price calculated?
Instantly, from the course, learner numbers, delivery format and dates. Prices are shown inclusive of 20% VAT. 'Custom / not sure' requests are reviewed by our team instead of instant checkout.
What does 'verified' mean?
The trainer holds a recognised, regulated qualification (or works under an approved centre), carries current insurance, and has had their evidence reviewed by our team. Expired mandatory evidence automatically blocks matching.
What is blended delivery?
You complete the course theory online to reduce time off the floor, with the practical skills and assessment always delivered in person by a verified trainer.
Do you track renewals?
Yes. Most first aid certificates are valid for three years. AidReady records expiry dates and tracks renewals so you don't get caught out.
